Mould & Remediation
RESTORx offers mould remediation services related to water damage for both homes and businesses. We have access to hygienists and engineers when assessing larger remediation projects to ensure proper remediation is attained. All remediation is assessed through third party testing to ensure the mould issue is completely remediated.

In-House Flooring Division (fully licensed ICC Dealer)
SimPal Flooring is RESTORx’s in-house flooring division. This full service (includes carpeting, tiles and hard surfaces) in-house flooring division has enable us to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of our restoration services and our customer experience. We have successfully improved our project timelines and have enhanced our ability to respond swiftly to unique customer needs and requests.
Consultation Services
RESTORx has significant consultative experience reviewing problematic claims for our insurance company customers and providing subject matter expertise when requested. We have also successfully assisted our insurance company customers in identifying inflated private contractor estimates on large loss and remediation claims.
Sensitive Claims Management
RESTORx has a proven record of providing exceptional customer service and has expertise providing service on delicate claims assignments. RESTORx has been engaged on numerous occasions by our insurance company’s adjustors to assist (or take over) sensitive claim assignments. These include circumstances where either workmanship issues with the existing contractor have occurred or contentious customer relationships matters have occurred (or a combination of both).
Peer Review
RESTORx will provide independent review services. We will and have reviewed estimates and workmanship of our colleagues and are committed to providing professional and unbiased review services when requested.
Mediation Service
We have successfully assisted in mediation procedures and supported our customers to manage issues related to independent private contractors and inflated pricing. Additionally, our PMs have been trained to identify any possible issues related to subrogation and to communicate these to the adjuster.
